A Trip Back in Time at the Oklahoma Route 66 Museum

Route 66 Museum DinerAfter another 700+ miles in eleven hours, I exited I-40 at Clinton, OK for a brief stop back into another era when travelers were lucky to make 60 miles a day on Route 66. In my opinion, the exhibits are better at the Powerhouse Visitor Center in Kingman, AZ, but the film clips are good, and the jukebox music, which varies by room, adds a nice touch. Then again, if you really want to experience the Mother Road, head for Seligman, AZ.
