Peru–A Quick Summary

I was in Peru for four weeks.  I was either too busy or in too remote a place to blog.  Now I’m on the road again, this time in Colorado, and I still don’t have time to blog.  So here’s just a quick summary of my trip to Peru.

I hiked into Colca Canyon, which is deeper than the Grand Canyon; I hiked the Classic Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, including Dead Woman’s Pass at over 14,000′; and I spent over a week in the jungle, where I saw all kinds of birds, monkeys, and other wildlife.
