Joshua Tree National Park

Black Rock Campground is located just a few miles south of the Yucca Valley in the extreme northwest corner of the park. 

A number of hiking trails start at the campground.  We hiked the Panorama Loop and to an unnamed peak.

The next day we drove into the park and hiked a couple of easy trails that had geocaches along them.
